Nicholas Galanin, explores Indigenous identity, land rights, and cultural resilience through his multidisciplinary practice. This work examines the displacement of Indigenous communities and their intrinsic connection to land, reinforcing the idea that language and landscape are intertwined in cultural survival. By addressing colonial legacies and environmental exploitation, Galanin highlights the necessity of reclaiming both language and land as acts of resistance and regeneration.
